My name is Luis Caturelli, founder and lead guide at Andes Guiding. I am a professional mountain guide with international experience in trekking, expedition logistics, and wilderness safety across South America and the United States.

I have been trained and worked with organizations such as Alto Rumbo (trekking and expedition guiding), Snowy Range Ski Area in Wyoming (ski patrol and mountain safety), and Basecamp Laramie (ski & outdoor shop). I also founded Tracks Safety, a project focused on improving safety, logistics, and operational standards in adventure tourism.

I hold a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, and I am trained in Wilderness First Aid / Wilderness First Responder–level skills, allowing me to guide responsibly in remote and high-altitude environments.

Through Andes Guiding, my mission is simple: to offer safe, well-organized, and authentic mountain experiences, combining professional planning, local knowledge, and a deep respect for the Andes.
